The
Effect of Alcoholism on Young People
Alcoholism is a
social problem which is not easy to sort out in our societies. Alcohol is a
drug that dangerous to people health. Specifically, young people always want to
try something new and dangerous, so that the alcohols drinking such as beer,
wine and any drug beverage, are the encouragement point for them. Nowadays,
there are a lot of young people drink alcohols without thinking about its effects.
There are many effects that many young people need to concern.
First,
the most important effect of alcoholism is traffic accident. When they drunk,
it is very dangerous while they are traveling. Alcoholism is being harmful to
individual and other people who use the same road. It actually will make our
society unsafe and badly impact on public wealth, also.
Second,
health problem is an effect of alcoholism. Drinking more than three times a
day, over a few weeks, it will cause to destructive changes in liver and lead
to the liver cancer. Alcoholism can also damage the brain and nervous system
that make them become mad. Anyways, the baby who was born with the heavy drunk
mother, will face the result of defect or retardation while the birth alive.
Third,
alcoholism really harmful to the young’s studying. Drinking too much alcohols,
cause human’s mental and physical become weak. Young people will lost
concentrate and have no feeling on studying, they will become lush and do not
want to go to school. So, it is the desire that make them hate school and drop
out of school themselves.
In
conclusion, alcoholism has big impact such as traffic accident, health problem,
and harmful on studying. Government should accomplished the strict law on the
individual, supplier, householder, and the advertising media of alcoholism in
other to protect our people health. In my opinion, young people should stop
trying alcohols by doing something useful instead.
