The bad
effects of being too late to bed
American people more than 43% who have age from 13 to 64 years old; they
have had habit of being too late to bed or not sleep easily.
The being too late
to sleep can cause many bad effects for people such as gaining weight,
increasing blood pressure and easy to have diseases. In fact, sleep is so
important for people. It helps to support people bodies to have power in doing
job for daily day. So, if you are too late to bed, you will not only get enough
sleep, but also make your health be worse. The being late to bed makes many bad
effects. When we sleep, our brain collects all data in our brain that we have
learnt or faced at daytime to store in our memory in 6 to 7 hours per night.
So, if you cannot sleep 6 to 7 hours, your brain will not remember well.
Moreover, you will have difficulty to remember anything, or sometime, you will
forget fast. Being not enough sleep, it can reduce your white blood cells.
These living cells are our immune system to block diseases, especially fever or
cold. Moreover, the being not enough sleep, it affects to the children’s height.
